Clear Glass Drinking Set of 6, Crystal Style Water and Juice Glasses

The good glasses come out twice a year for guests, and the ones you actually drink from are a collection of survivors, jam jars and giveaways.

What Are the Key Features of This 6-Piece Crystal-Cut Glassware Set?

• A set of 6 that matches: the smallest number that covers a family table and still stretches to visitors, so the cupboard stops being a collection of survivors.
• Glass keeps yesterday out of today's water: the surface is non-porous, so a glass that held mango juice does not pass the taste on the way a plastic tumbler does.
• Crystal-style cut: the faceting is there to catch the light.
• It will not cloud or tint: glass does not scratch dull in a bowl full of cutlery, and tea and karkade leave no colour behind the way they mark plastic.
• One set for every drink you pour: water at dinner, tea and karkade for visitors, juice at suhoor; clear glass goes with any plate and tablecloth, so you do not need a second set for occasions.

Where Can You Use This Glassware Set?

• Water at dinner
• Tea and karkade with visitors
• Juice at suhoor
• The cupboard shelf that has to look presentable when somebody opens it

Why Is Glass Better Than Plastic for This 6-Piece Glassware Set?

• Nothing gets into the surface: a plastic tumbler hands a ghost of the mango juice to the next glass of water; glass is non-porous.
• It will not haze or tint: cutlery in the washing-up bowl clouds plastic and karkade colours it; glass comes back clear every time.
