Chateau d'Issan 'Blason d'Issan' Margaux

Château d’Issan is in the heart of the Margaux appellation, a truly privileged location, which explains the outstanding quality of its wines. Their Blason d'Issan is the second wine of the estate, and the 2018 is one of the best versions of this wine ever produced.

'Blackberry, blueberry, graphite, clove, tobacco and mahogany on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with firm, fine-grained tannins. Very tight and refined with a mineral finish. Pretty finesse and focus. Second wine. Better from 2024.' - 94 points - Jeb Dunnuck
